Babolat RPM Rough 17 is a textured co-polyester string designed for aggressive players who generate their own racquet-head speed. Its octagonal construction and rough surface grip the ball to produce heavy spin and a controlled trajectory.
Cross-linked silicone coating helps the strings slide and snap back efficiently, while the 17-gauge construction adds feel and spin potential. RPM Rough also offers a slightly softer and more powerful response than the original RPM Blast.
